A new piping
calculation package
After years of fructuous
collaboration between the DST Computer Services S.A. (Switzerland) and Tractebel
Engineering
(Belgium), a fully integrated software package is now
developed for the analysis of nuclear and non-nuclear
piping, named
PIPESTRESS
(Version 3.6.0)

EditPipe
(Version 6.0)
|
PIPESTRESS is a group of
interrelated computer programs for performing
linear elastic analysis of three-dimensional
piping systems subject to a variety of loading
conditions.
Chemical process piping,
nuclear and conventional power generation piping
systems may be investigated for compliance with
piping codes and with other constraints on system
response.
PIPESTRESS has been used by more
than 100 engineering organizations in 25
countries to analyze more than 50 nuclear power
plants.

The EditPipe package (EditPipe +
EditPipe Manager)
was developed at Tractebel in 1996 by a
team of experienced
piping analysts using the analysis program PIPESTRESS.
Tractebel
Engineering (Belgium) is a member of Suez group (France).
EditPipe is an high performance pre- and
post-processor for the PIPESTRESS piping calculation
software that significantly improves the
efficiency of piping modeling and analysis while
increasing engineering quality!
